Standard Class Pricing

Attendance Policy: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins. If you are not signed in 5 minutes before your class, your reservation may be released to someone on the waitlist and you will be marked absent. Clients on the waitlist are automatically enrolled in the order they registered. The will be no charge to your account if you early cancel at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled class time.

Purchase Policy: Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All class pricing options are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. Intro Offer, Single Class, 3 Classes and the 15 Pack of classes expiration date is established from the date of first booked class. 

Unlimited Class Subscription 

Subscription: Clients may cancel their subscription and stop future payments at any time and for any reason. This contract will automatically renew each month on the date of initial purchase for 12 consecutive months unless either party requests termination.

Late cancellations and no shows will be result in a $15 fine to the payment method of record on the account.

Purchase Policy: All class subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. Definitions INC reserves the right to change prices, for any reason, within 30 days of notice to the member. Definitions INC reserves the right to change classes, schedules and instructors at any time. 

Jurisdiction: To the full extent permissible by law, for purposes of any dispute arising out of this agreement, all parties hereto agree to submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the District of Columbia and to the application of District of Columbia law. A condition precedent to any suit or action arising from any dispute between the parties shall be mediation.

Waiver of Liability 

By signing up for classes at Definitions INC, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a program of intense physical exercise. You further acknowledge that Definitions INC strongly recommends that you consult with your physician prior to commencing any classes. You acknowledge that you are fully informed of the strenuous nature of this exercise program. You assume all risk for your health and wellbeing. You agree that in consideration of being allowed to participate in the classes at Definitions INC (which includes it’s facilities, equipment and machinery), to hereby waive, release and forever discharge Definitions INC and it’s officers, agents, employees, representatives and executors from any and all responsibilities or liability from injuries or damages resulting from participating in any classes including your use of the Definitions INC facility, equipment and machinery. You also agree that Definitions INC, it’s officers, agents, employees, representatives and executors shall not be liable for any claim, demand, cause or action of any kind whatsoever for, or on the account of death, personal injury, property loss or damage resulting from participation in fitness classes including your use of the Definitions INC facility, equipment and machinery.
