Zoom Live Stream Small Group Training
On March 16, 2020 all gyms in DC we were shut down due to the pandemic by order of Mayor Bowser. Before the shutdown, we were on our way to having one of our most successful years as a Family Business. As a result of wonderful support from our friends, clients and landlord we have been able to survive during this tough time. We would like to show our support to others who have been negatively impacted by offering free live steamed HIIT Group Classes. We are asking those who can, to please donate. Our goal in our Zoom live streamed classes is to provide you with the same high-quality instruction as our in-person classes. Please join us for an exceptional work out experience.
