Personal Nutrition Consultations
Each current program participant has the opportunity to book two personal consultation sessions with DeShay. One at the beginning and another at the end of the program. Each session is 30 minutes can be scheduled using the calendar below or by direct email.
Initial Consultation will review:
- Your past to current health and activity level
- A physical assessment to record your starting point
- Your fitness goals
- An individualized action plan to over come obstacles hindering your success
- Goal-oriented nutrition education and recommendations
Follow-Up Consultation will review:
- A physical assessment to record your progress
- New habits and strategies learned that you will maintain
- Foods that work best for you and your lifestyle going forward
- Your “next steps” in nutrition education recommendations
