MRT classes are welcoming, small and limited to a max of 18 people.  You get a lot of personal attention from us…Earl and DeShay…so please consider us your personal trainers while in class.  We modify the exercises to suit you.  Even if you hate to working out, with our endless exercise variety you are bound to find something you really like! The class intervals are short and very doable which makes it tons of fun. Plus, our MRT class efficiently packs weight and cardio training into 50 minutes.  We cover all aspects of fitness from strength, cardio, balance, endurance, flexibility, stability, agility and way, way more!
